For exterior only cleanings, you don’t need to be home, as long as we have access to the windows and no locked gates. For interior jobs, someone 18+ must be present.

Pricing depends on the size of the property, number of windows, and scope of the job. We offer free estimates! Either in person or through photos, so you’ll know exactly what to expect!

Yes! We carry liability insurance to protect both you and our team. Your property is in safe hands when you book with Ancaster Shine.

Light rain won’t affect your cleaning, but in cases of heavy rain or unsafe weather, we’ll reschedule you at the earliest convenient time.

For interior cleanings, please move furniture or items blocking windows if possible. For exterior jobs, ensure pets are secured and gates are unlocked.
